We had a shorter window to close so there may have been minor lapses in communication but overall I’m very satisfied with my experience with UHM. I felt very taken care of by Sandy throughout the entire process and she’s the primary reason we decided to use UHM for our mortgage. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. She never made me feel stupid for asking a question which I appreciate because this was the first time my fiancé and I bought a home. We couldn’t have done it without her!
