This is our second time using Gem and her team for a mortgage. I didn’t think the service could get any better but I was wrong! We were able to close on our new home in record time. There are two types of people in the world, those that use UHM for their mortgage needs and those that are wrong! You will not be disappointed with the service you receive.

As a first time home buyer they made the entire process seem easy and painless, it was a breeze to get ahold of them and they were so quick to respond. Any questions were answered quickly, things were explained very well, and they were very on top of everything to make the process as quick as possible.
