I can’t imagine applying for a mortgage going any smoother. I could not believe how fast they handled my application! Not only that JoAnna was so fast to respond / answer question / take care of me, it felt like I was her only client (but I was definitely not her only client) She also was so nice and explained everything so well. I won’t let a single person I know apply for a mortgage without hearing my take on UHM/JoAnna. If I ever needed another mortgage down the road - JoAnna at UHM is going to be the first person I call. From the first phone call I had with Joanna I felt cared for. She was so helpful, and informative with everything that i was to expect, timelines and all.
