Lifelong northeast Ohio resident Joe Burnett started in the mortgage business with Union Home Mortgage in the spring of 2003 and quickly realized that this was the place that he wanted to stay for many years to come. He has built his business on a few core values; an in-depth knowledge of products and programs, a resolution to always under-promise and over-deliver, and most importantly, a promise to always treat everyone with honesty and integrity. Those core values have allowed his business to thrive over the past 17 years. Joe and his team work diligently to customize a mortgage that meets all of their client’s financial desires.
Joe has lived in Geauga County for nearly all of his life and currently lives in Chardon with his wife, Joleigh, and their two children, Caleb and Addison. Joe’s business is just as personalized and family oriented as he is, and being a lifelong area resident helps him to better know the area real estate market and serve his local community.

Our experience was great. Joe Burnett is an ace at what he does and he was really accessible. Likely more than he really has to. He was great for explaining something if you don’t understand. He not once complained or gave attitude when we wanted to consider changing something even if we didn’t. . All around good experience.

Joe took an ample amount of time on multiple different phone calls to answer all of my questions, being a first time home buyer he instilled me with the information I needed to move forward and feel confident in purchasing a home.
