Kay and Mel, the duo that we never knew we needed on our side! From day one, Kay was very direct and open about the whole process. No matter what the situation, especially the unexpected ones; she and Mel were able to find a solution! One thing to keep in mind, regardless of the time in between speaking with her, she is always working on things for you in the background. To state it plainly, Kay and Mel both tag teamed to make sure nothing was missed, and that everything flowed and fell right into place. They both made our home buying process less stressful, simply by just personalizing things as if they were helping one of their own. I know that there were more great people that were involved (and so thankful for them as well), but I am so glad to have had these two gems working directly with us! Based on the service that my family received, I would highly recommend UHM to anyone!
