Kim Swann has been in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years, with nearly 20 years serving as a loan officer. She's worked in all facets of the mortgage process, from setup and processing to underwriting services; this level of expertise ensures Kim can provide each customer with the personalized attention and world-class service they deserve.
Kim enjoys working with her customers, making the process as stress-free as possible, letting them know there is no such thing as a dumb question. She’s dedicated to giving each client 100% and helping them achieve the dream of homeownership. Kim also makes herself available on weekends and nights, so whenever her realtor partners are working, she’s working.
Kim is a member of the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeway Area Association of Realtors.
She has been married to her husband, Billy Swann, since 2003 and has a stepson, Andrew, and a Goldendoodle named Stella. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with family, taking trips to the lake, reading and exercising.

It was a good experience, the team there was on top of it. The app made it a very easy process to see what was done, and what was needed. Throughout the process there were last minute things sent to UHM and they reached out speedily to help resolve issues on my end. They were nothing but helpful and friendly. Our experience with Union Home Mortgage was fantastic. Both Kim and Mallory were very good to work with. The people with Union Home Mortgage have made my home buying journey excellent. This was my first time buying a home and I was nervous starting the process.
