Markus Spicer was Born and raised in the heart of Huntsville, Alabama. My passion is my family and overall serving others first. My journey is a humbling one, one with a blend of three things – Faith, Family, and Sales. Happily married to my wife Tristan of almost 21 years and blessed with two beautiful daughters, Gracyn (18) and Molly Kate (16).
As a true Huntsville native, I've witnessed the city's remarkable growth and take immense pride in calling it my home.
In the pursuit of a personal healthy lifestyle, you'll find me engaging in not only personal workouts at the gym, but also a team-driven work environment to help build teams around me from the inside out — not only because I Love what I do, but also because it’s a gift I feel that has been given to me to lead, guide and motivate others to be successful and hit their goals. I find motivation for success through my team first, listening to their needs, being honest with them and myself, hard work to lead by example, dedication to my goals, and determination in the trenches with my teammates to make it happen and never stop learning. Taking a WE<ME approach is what I strive for every day to help support and provide for my teammates around me and the WHY behind I do what I do.
