Overall, the experience was very well streamlined and made easy my the online features and uploading capabilities of needed documents. Even with higher interest rates during this time, I do feel my interest rate ended up being higher than what I could have gotten with other companies, but the knowledge of my loan officer (if that’s what he’s called) superseded the small difference.
