Even before I purchased my home, I contacted Michelle Roten to secure a pre approval on a home I was considering buying. That approval stayed in force until I finally selected the house I ultimately purchased. But with each prior offer to purchase, she was always available to provide a pre approval letter. I have been working with her since May of this year. She always made herself available to help me.
