I have been in the mortgage industry since 2002. I currently originate loans in Southwestern Ohio with an emphasis on the Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties.
I specialize in FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional Mortgages with a variety of down payment options. I have worked with many First Time Homebuyers and have helped them find down payment assistance when available. I have experienced the many changes that have occurred in the mortgage industry over the last decade and have seen the stress the current lending environment can cause. My objective is to provide a clear understanding of what to expect as you move through the loan process.
