After graduating from Thomas University, he fell into the industry “by accident,” but quickly realized it was where he belonged. He joined the Union Home Mortgage team after building close relationships and experiencing the culture than he believes is “second to none.” He strives to live out this culture and build similar relationships with anyone looking to find their dream home.
Outside of work, Roger heads to the outdoors to fish, hunt or play golf. He is devoted to his family and friends, as well as his English Bulldog, Chud.
