Ron was amazing !! From the beginning, he explained all our options and discussed possible outcomes. He answered all my questions and concerns along the loan process. He guided us through each step and explained everything in terms to follow. He would re-explain if I didn’t understand something and made me feel any question brought up was a good one. The process was quicker than I expected. Our closing date was 3 weeks after our offer got accepted.
