I have been a mortgage loan officer since 1994. This has been my career my entire professional life. I love what I do; helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, helping them throughout the entire purchase process, and keeping constant communication with them to ensure a successful closing. I am licensed in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. I specialize in working with first time homebuyers. The loan types I am well versed in are Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA Rural Development loan programs. The special types of financing I have access to are available through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency as well as Kentucky Housing Corp. and Indiana Housing, whose various programs offer special loans and down payment assistance. Other financing types include FNMA HomePath loans, which offer low down payments to investors as well as owner occupants and no mortgage insurance, FHA 203k loans rehabilitation loans and coming soon, USDA Rural Development rehabilitation loans. I recently went through a divorce and was trying to pay off old debt.
