My experience with Mr Turner was a 10/10, however my experience overall was not positive because solely this Assistant was horrible. I’m sorry to have to say so, I believe she made the process more difficult and distressing for the elderly involved especially. Scott deserves someone who matches his pace with detailed accuracy and professionalism.

My experience with UHM was great. At first it was a little scary because we didn’t know if we were going to get approved. Then Scott did everything that he could to help us out and get us approved. Scott’s communication alone made us feel like Scott had our backs the whole way. He was also very good about answering his phone and letting us know when anything needed to be signed. We will definitely be recommending UHM to anybody who is looking to get a mortgage!!
