Overall very good. Trina was fantastic beginning to the end. The fees were high. I did shop around half way through the process and could have saved a considerable amount on fees going another avenue, but I stayed committed to Trina as she’s been helpful over the years entertaining finance and refinance options that I didn’t take to completion. I felt I owed her this transaction.
