I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 1990, but my passion for helping people buy homes started long before I officially became a loan officer. From my early days as a processor, closer, and construction loan assistant—and even before that, working as a bank teller while still in high school—I’ve always loved being part of someone’s financial journey. But what really hooked me was the look on a family’s face when they realize homeownership is within reach. That moment is everything.
Today, I specialize in VA, FHA, and Construction-to-Perm loans. With a military family background and decades of experience with new construction, those areas come naturally to me. I love serving veterans, first-time buyers, and anyone who appreciates a clear, honest guide through what can feel like an overwhelming process. I make it my mission to truly listen, walk clients through every detail, and ensure they feel confident from pre-approval to closing day.
Originally from Galway, NY, I now live in Raeford, NC, with my husband (we’ve been married since 1993), and our three dogs—who travel everywhere with us in our RV. We’re proud parents to a recent NC State grad and love being active in our local community. I’m a member of PWBS (Professional Women’s Building in Sandhills) and the Homebuilders Association of Fayetteville, and I support youth sports, church events, and local school initiatives whenever I can.
Outside of work, I love playing golf—though I’ll be the first to say I’m not that great at it. Funny enough, I hit two holes-in-one in the same week before I ever made a single par. Total fluke, but a great story! I also enjoy baking, and one of my favorite client traditions is gifting a cast iron skillet at closing—complete with a homemade chocolate chip cookie or apple pie inside. It’s my way of celebrating a big milestone with a personal touch.
Whether you’re building, buying, or just starting to explore your options, I’m here to help make your homeownership journey smooth, informed, and full of support.
