I have been a mortgage loan officer since 1994. This has been my career my entire professional life. I love what I do; helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, helping them throughout the entire purchase process, and keeping constant communication with them to ensure a successful closing. I am licensed in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. I specialize in working with first time homebuyers. The loan types I am well versed in are Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA Rural Development loan programs. The special types of financing I have access to are available through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency as well as Kentucky Housing Corp. and Indiana Housing, whose various programs offer special loans and down payment assistance.
