Hello! And welcome to my UHM website.
I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Ohio. I have lived in Ohio my entire life – I grew up in Zanesville and New Philadelphia where my family still reside. I went to Ohio University and have a Bachelor of Science in Communication. I moved to Columbus in 2003 and fell in love with the city. I have lived in German Village since 2008 and am familiar with all the metro and surrounding areas both new and well-established neighborhoods.
I know how exciting it is to own a home. I bought my first home at 24 years old and since have bought two more properties. Owning real estate can have a positive impact on your financial plan but I also know the precautions to take when investing in your primary residence, second home, or investment property.
My goal is to help each client meet their overall goals with their own real estate investment strategy. Whether you have one or several properties in your real estate portfolio, I can help you reach your real estate investing goals.
