Born and raised in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Blain Roseberry has been hardworking in the mortgage industry for 16 years. Blain began his career after his contract with the Marines ended and became top of sales at a national bank cross-selling. Because he is a veteran of the USMC and take huge pride in ensuring all veterans are rewarded with homeownership!
Blain joined the Union Home Mortgage team because of his love for the company culture, which continues to be a driving factor in his work for UHM. He has received the President’s Council award for three years in a row (which is awarded to the top 1% of loan originators in the country) and made Chairman’s council last year. Blain attended The DeVry Institute of Technology, as well as Shippensburg University.
In his down time, Blain enjoys playing poker, watching sports, and playing volleyball, softball, and football. He has three sons and two dogs and currently is involved in a local business referral group, the Franklin County Business Connections. Blain is dedicated to his craft and loves being able to help customers find and own their dream home.
