David graduated from the University of Cincinnati. He has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years. David is has been very engaged in the industry during his career. He was part of the Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders Class of 2005, earned his Certified Mortgage Banker designation in 2008, and served as President of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association in 2012.
David spent his first 10 years in the business originating loans. He has since managed a large sales organization with over $1 Billion in lending volume. David has also led various strategic initiatives focused on driving growth and profitability in a large organization.
As Regional Manager for Kentucky and Tennessee, David is excited about the new offices UHM has opened in 2020 in Louisville, Clarksville, Nashville and Knoxville. David is really excited to grow the region by bringing on talented mortgage professionals who want to take their businesses to the next level. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years, Vicky, and three incredible children - Robby, Gretta, and Jack. He is passionate about soccer, fitness, and the outdoors.
