Josh specializes in all things mortgages; from Down Payment Assistance to FHA, Conventional, VA and Jumbo Loans. If it has to do with a mortgage, they will figure out a way to do it.
Josh grew up in Joliet IL where his mom was a Nurse and his Dad was a Union construction worker. He definitely got his work ethic from his dad seeing him work physically hard and long hours, working 6-7 days a week. The most important things to Josh is Time, Health and Family. His 3 year old daughter is his bestie. Josh enjoys running marathons, is a worship drummer, enjoys cooking and going to museums. He additionally loves traveling and loves the beach.
Josh serves on the Board for Nahrep Lake County and Co-Chair as the Government Affairs Director for the Dupage County Chapter; seeing people purchase a home for the first time is one of my greatest joys. They take a lot of pride in advocating, educating and getting people from renting to owning!
