Katie Conrad grew up and currently resides in Mars, Pennsylvania although she likes to consider herself as a dual citizen of Pennsylvania & West Virginia. She attended West Virginia University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. After being in the broadcast industry for several years and being named WVU state broadcaster of the year in 2013 and 2014, Katie took an opportunity to move to the mortgage industry in 2014.
She has been with Union Home Mortgage since 2017 and has found joy in helping her clients with their needs at all stages of their lives. Katie says that her family and her clients keep her motivated. Katie has been a part of the prestigious Union Club (top 10% of originators) in 2019 & 2018.
Outside of work, Katie loves to spend time with her husband Chris and their three pets, Steve their dog and two cats, Zoey and Ranger. On the weekends, you can usually find her cycling, hiking, boating, or just relaxing outside!
