Natalia Watkins is a Loan Officer with Union Home Mortgage and brings nearly 20 years of experience to the organization. She started her professional career in processing, learning the basics about the mortgage process. From processing, Natalia moved to a Loan Coordinator role for three years for a Wholesale Mortgage Lender. In this capacity, she learned how to structure a file, price a loan, clear conditions, work with Underwriting, draw documents and fund loans. Essentially, all the background things that need to be done on a loan. This "mortgage boot camp" as she likes to refer to it, set Natalia up with a deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of mortgages.
Since 2007, Natalia has been strictly a Mortgage Loan Officer. She prides herself on giving all clients the "white glove treatment" when they work with her. Natalia really wants her clients to feel comfortable with the mortgage process while they are pursuing financing because it can be overwhelming, especially for first timers. Natalia will take all the time her clients need to make sure they are 100% comfortable trusting her with their financing needs.
Natalia was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, then moved to Seattle, Washington after college for 12 years. She is married, with one daughter and a cat. Natalia loves doing yoga, kayaking, reading, movies and spending time with her husband in their cottage in Northern Michigan.
