Tim has been a mortgage loan officer for over 5 years licensed in WV, VA, MD and PA. He is located in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, and he is only six miles from MD, nine from PA and fifteen from Va. Tim was also an Assistant VP of a local bank in the 80s and 90s mainly working with clients to purchase, refinance and build homes. He even started the secondary market lending department for that bank!
In his time — between being a banker and mortgage lending — Tim co-owned three different companies: a materials handling company, car washes and a used car dealership. He also started a teaching career with his local county school system, which he still does part-time. Tim coaches golf for his area's high school and middle school. He is also active in service at his church and is blessed with a wonderful wife and two children.
