We did 1031 exchange for the first time, I was confused about all of the requirements that this entailed….time frames, the amount that I would need to borrow to meet their requirements. This is a relationship business. Rates are more/less the same regardless of where you go. Anyone can shop online and find a cheaper option, but it is the consistency and reliability that comes with people like Brian Kerr. I had never heard of UHM until Brian started working for this firm.
