I help guide you through the pre‑approval process by collecting your initial information, reviewing loan options that fit your goals, and making sure we choose the right loan together. I also handle locking in your loan with your approval and sending all documents you’ll need to sign.

Once you’re under contract, I help move your loan toward closing by ordering the appraisal and title work, collecting documents for underwriting, and coordinating with your insurance provider. I also keep your loan on schedule, review your final numbers, and make sure you have everything you need for closing day.

Brooke was a wonderful loan officer. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous about all of the things I didn’t understand and she took the time to explain everything to me! She stayed on top of each house we were interested in and would help us see what our loan would look like with each one. She was always available when I needed her to be, and her response time was excellent! By the end of it all, I didn’t feel like a nervous first time home buyer anymore!!
