Gwendolyn grew up in a small town outside of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. She moved to an even smaller town south of Fort Worth to raise her family where they had youth Football/Baseball meetings at the local Dairy Queen on Friday Nights. She was happily married for several years and blessed with some audaciously independent children. Her children are now all grown with families of their own and live throughout the U.S.
Gwendolyn started her career in the financial industry in November of 2003 while she was in college for Biblical Studies and Pastoral Care. During this time, she discovered her passion for the fast-paced world of finance. There is something to be said for helping someone purchase a home or start a long-term plan for investment properties. It’s like a puzzle sometimes, and Gwendolyn loves solving it. She has continued to put her schooling to use as a volunteer to give back to her community.
Gwendolyn moved to Florida in 2016, two days before Hurricane Irma hit! She moved to Marion County on the outskirts and felt right at home.
Her number one goal in life is to live, enjoy and be happy! She has had an amazing story so far and is excited to help be a part of your next adventure in financing a home. The truth is no one likes the mortgage process, but when we work together, the process is easier.

This whole process as a first time home buyer was scary and so many things were unknown to us but the time Gwendolyn and Karem took to explain and simply reassure us everything was going to be okay meant so much to me. I have heard buying a home is stressful and although I did my fair share or stressing and crying Gwendolyn acted as my Loan officer and therapist at time and after every phone call I felt relief. Really hope I get to work with this team for a long time . Thank you everything you guys did for us, cant wait for our keys!
