Jamie, Jennifer, and the entire UHM team were incredible to work with from start to finish! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I didn’t know what we didn’t know, and Jamie took the time to patiently explain every step of the process and answer every question we had along the way. From our very first conversation with him, we felt confident that we were in great hands. The entire team was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely present throughout the home-buying process. The UHM app and online portal also made sharing documents and keeping everything organized extremely simple and seamless. Buying your first home can certainly be stressful, but Jamie consistently put us at ease and made sure we always understood what was happening and what came next. We never felt like just another transaction - we truly felt supported throughout the entire experience.
