A good company to work with, and Jennifer provided good service. There were a couple of times that the process was very stressful (as buying a home always is), and I would’ve liked a little more clarification or assurance during these moments. It seems some of the stressful moments could’ve been avoided if all parties involved in the transaction would’ve used better communication. I don’t necessarily blame UHM for this. Just noting it.
