Our overall experience was great. We recommend Janet to anyone and everyone that will listen and as rates continue to drop, we will be using her again for refinancing. We can not recommend her enough. Quite frankly I think after one conversation with her you would be stupid to choose another lender. She is someone you can trust. Someone who has your best interest in mind when making decisions and she cares about her clients. The mortgage process was the one stress free part during my whole experience.
