With over 36 years in the mortgage industry, I bring decades of experience, a sense of humor, and a deep appreciation for the people I serve. I began my journey in 1989 as a loan processor and quickly realized I wanted to be on the front lines, connecting directly with clients. Before that, I worked in Consumer Loans at a bank, which gave me a strong foundation in finance and customer service.
Over the years, I’ve found my niche working with complex loans that require creative, outside-the-box thinking. I proudly call myself a “working person’s loan officer”—serving hardworking individuals and families, much like the one I grew up in. My goal is to make the mortgage process simple and less intimidating for everyone, no matter their background or education level.
Born and raised on the west side of Michigan, I’ve never left. I’ve been married to my husband Rob for nearly 28 years, and we have two grown kids: Ethan, who lives in California, and Nicole, who’s in East Lansing. Outside of work, I’m passionate about gardening, hiking, relaxing at our cottage up north, and traveling. I love what I do, and while I’m all business when it comes to helping clients, I always keep a good sense of humor close by.
