My overall experience with UHM was great. Past experiences with a mortgaging company have not been great. They only listened to my realtors input not mine and were not willing to go above and beyond in finding me a loan option that worked for my or approving homes I were interested in that were in my budget. They refused because it was too complicated for them and wanted to go with simple loan options. James Traveggia and UHM worked non stop to get me a home that I loved at a great price. I was informed of any complications along the way which James worked to solve and I was kept up to date with the UHM app and email video updates about my point in the loan process. The underwriting was approved thanks to an accurate and well done loan document by James. Closing date was set and smooth only taking about 30-45 minutes with no complications. Very thankful to have worked with UHM, overall very knowledgeable and professional.

Our journey of looking for a house was very long and had a lot of difficulties especially when it came to financing, Once we were recommended James Taveggia with UHM and had the opportunity to talk with him our experience did a complete 180. In our mortgage process, everyone was professional and handled our progress from application through underwriting without issues. Friendly team who went above and beyond to be available when needed and make this process as smooth as possible! The app was very helpful for supplying documents and other proofs for the mortgage.
