"I am a Senior Loan Originator and a Post Transition Trainer with Union Home Mortgage Corp. Licensed in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. My focus is on helping buyers achieve their dream of homeownership. I have been working in the Home Buying Industry since 1989. I originally started my career as a Realtor. I then was offered a position in a Real Estate Attorney’s office where I was responsible for Sales and Marketing along with closing residential and commercial loans. I decided in 1998 I would like to learn more about the lending end of the business. I began working as a Loan Originator and found I loved working directly with homebuyers. My experience in all aspects of the home buying process has been beneficial to Real Estate Agents, Title Companies and buyers alike. I am able to offer my buyers a wide variety of products Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, OFHA, Renovation and New Construction loans. I work with a full range of borrowers; however I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers!
