Very kind, courteous, and professional people at Union Home Mortgage helped me in any way I needed throughout the home buying process. They were very quick to reach out anytime the process moved forward and made it very clear and easy to understand what part of the process I was in and what I needed to do to keep moving forward. Their app also provides information about what step I was on and what was required to complete It, and the app also contained all documents I needed to sign with an “e-sign” feature that I could use right then and there to sign and initial all necessary documents. I highly recommend Union Home Mortgage, and in particular Cheryl Brown and her team.

Amazing customer service! I work at a title agency, and was blown away by Union Home’s customer service and timing. I see refinances taking months, so when I was able to complete this within a month’s time, I was in shock.
