I am a lifelong resident of Kansas City and have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. I have 2 children and enjoy coaching swimming in my spare time to beginners all the way through high school. I have closed a wide range of Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, and all types of rehabilitation and renovation loans. I specialize in first-time home buyers and really enjoy talking to newlyweds to educate them on the benefits available for them with the FHA Gift program.
