Jes Walker-Wyse brings over a decade of experience in lending, with a passion for delivering care, communication, and clarity at every step. A U.S. Navy Veteran, Jes specializes in navigating complex loan scenarios and building trusted relationships with clients and industry partners. She leads initial consultations, strategic planning, and relationship development — ensuring every borrower feels confident from the very first conversation.
Terri has been in the mortgage industry since 2001 and believes deeply that homeownership is a cornerstone of generational wealth. With experience spanning every phase of the loan process, she brings structure, precision, and deep underwriting insight to each file. Terri leads pre-approvals and manages the pipeline from application through closing, ensuring smooth execution and consistent follow-through.
Together, we are fully committed partners — both loan officers engaged in every transaction. Our clients benefit from two experienced professionals collaborating behind the scenes to anticipate challenges, communicate proactively, and deliver results.

Outside of work, Jes is active in Rotary, serves as Board President for Benton Habitat for Humanity. She enjoys running and baking, and spends weekends exploring the Pacific Northwest with her three boys and their malamute, Pepper.
Terri is deeply rooted in the Corvallis community, serving on the Board for Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care and CARDV. She is actively involved in the Corvallis Business Network, a dedicated BURN Boot Camp member who rarely misses a class, and — without question — one of the biggest Beaver fans in town.
