Born in Poland and raised in Chicago, Joanna White brings a strong work ethic shaped by her immigrant upbringing and early years balancing college with full-time waitressing. With 24 years of mortgage experience, she specializes in first-time homebuyers, jumbo loans, second homes and real estate investors.
Now serving Chicagoland, Southwest Florida and Wisconsin, Joanna is known for her strong relationships with agents and attorneys, helping her clients’ offers stand out in competitive markets. A multi-year President’s Club and Founders Club honoree (2019–2024), Community involvement is incredibly important to her. Joanna volunteers year-round by supporting the local homeless community, packing meals at Feed My Starving Children, helping dog shelters, and participating in charitable events that make a meaningful impact.
