My name is John Langdon, and I’ve been working in the mortgage industry since 2019. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their goal of homeownership by guiding them through the lending process with honesty, clarity, and personalized service.
I specialize in Construction-to-Permanent One-Time Close loans, VA lending for veterans and active-duty service members, and Down Payment Assistance programs through Alabama Housing (AHFA). My goal is to make the financing process as smooth as possible while helping my clients find the best loan options for their unique situations.
Outside of my career in mortgage lending, I’m the Executive Director and Founder of the nonprofit organization “Whatever It Takes – Addiction Prevention,” which focuses on raising awareness and working to prevent addiction in our communities.
I’m also a proud father to two amazing daughters and am blessed with a beautiful fiancée. Family and community mean everything to me, and those values are at the core of how I approach both life and my work.
