Kim Swann has been in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years, with nearly 20 years serving as a loan officer. She's worked in all facets of the mortgage process, from setup and processing to underwriting services; this level of expertise ensures Kim can provide each customer with the personalized attention and world-class service they deserve.
Kim enjoys working with her customers, making the process as stress-free as possible, letting them know there is no such thing as a dumb question. She’s dedicated to giving each client 100% and helping them achieve the dream of homeownership. Kim also makes herself available on weekends and nights, so whenever her realtor partners are working, she’s working.
Kim is a member of the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeway Area Association of Realtors.
She has been married to her husband, Billy Swann, since 2003 and has a stepson, Andrew, and a Goldendoodle named Stella. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with family, taking trips to the lake, reading and exercising.
