Her education and training are centered on the equities and bond market as a software engineer and financial analyst. Throughout her career, she has structured a professional and compassionate approach, focused on educating consumers on the home buying process. Born and raised in NY, the baby of 7 brothers and sisters, Deana has always enjoyed family time and learning from her parents and siblings. 15 years ago she moved to Florida and truly fell in love with the beautiful landscape and sunshine that wakes her up every morning. When not working, Deana enjoys family time with her best friend and husband Joe, their 5 amazing children (Meghan 19 Emily 17 Ali 17 Ella 11 Joey 10), and 4 dogs. Liz has been in the Lending world for 13 years. She entered at the entry-level and has grown immensely in knowledge and ability over time. She has experience in every aspect of the loan process; Originating, Opening, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing. That diversity has been a staple in her ability to problem solve and work through any challenge that comes about.
Liz believes that the combination of communication and dedication are the keys to being successful. “If you have the dedication to get something completed and the communication skills to work through challenges, then you can accomplish pretty much anything.”
Liz loves to travel, with her favorite place being the beach. She often will get up early in the morning and make the drive to the east coast simply to watch the sunrise. She is also the mother of 2 amazing teenagers. Her son is a sophomore in college and her daughter is a senior in High school.
