My experience with UHM has been wonderful. I tried applying for a home mortgage through local lenders who told me I needed a co-signer or approved me for less than what my home is worth. I worked hard for years to have a satisfactory credit score and my payments to creditors have been on time. I make enough financially to take on the responsibility of a mortgage and was disheartened when other lenders did not seem to recognize this. I contacted UHM and was skeptical at first, but a lender named Mark Czebiniak put me at ease from the very beginning. He was honest about the process of everything and easy to contact by email, phone, and text. Mr. Czebiniak was even available by phone while he was on vacation! He never made me feel rushed when I contacted him, and questions were answered thoroughly. As of June 24, 2026 I am now the proud homeowner of my sanctuary and will recommend UHM to anyone interested in buying a home.

I was going to refinance with Rocket, but UHM convinced me they could get me a better rate, could provide better credits, and showed how the deal I thought I was getting with Rocket was not so good. Mark consistently and patiently answered my questions and called back when it was convenient for me. He followed up about any issues and made sure everything was convenient. Even the notary they sent out to help with closing was super professional.
