Sam became a partner of UHM in January of 2019. As the son of an architect and a realtor, Sam has always had an interest in the housing industry. He graduated from Kent State University with a dual finance and business degree. Shortly after graduating, he made his introduction into the mortgage industry in 2014. With 6+ years of experience, Sam has become a specialist in mortgage advising, credit analysis/improvement, problem-solving, and overall personal finance.
Sam spends many hours working hard in the office, but in his free time, he enjoys relaxing on the beach. He’s also a big fan of golf, live music, grilling, working out, running, and traveling across the U.S.
