Her communication and encouragement made the process smooth and reduced stress levels immensely. She made everything feel more than manageable. Her and her team worked quick and efficient for us to get pre approval letters in a short turnaround time. She was very responsive, patient, and explained every step of the way to make us feel comfortable and informed through the process. I highly recommend Morgan and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home! They all went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and we always felt like a priority!

Morgan at UHM and her team were great to work with. Everything was smooth and easy to work through. Every question I had got answered timely, and I wasn’t treated poorly for having so many questions. I asked for multiple scenarios to be run so I was prepared based on what kind of offer I gave or what kind of financing I decided on and I received them quickly with clear explanation what the difference was between each. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d want to use UHM again.

A wonderful, stress free experience. From the moment I started dealing with UHM I felt prioritized and taken care of. Buying a home is an awful, chaotic experience, but never once did I feel like things were ever not in control. Given the very short time between starting with UHM and my close date, everything felt taken care of, and if something came up, we were notified by Morgan almost instantly, even late at night, to help us make sure we got all the steps done to make sure we secured our loan on time. It was a wonderful experience.
