From the very beginning I was texted a link to download the app. Uploading every document was so easy. Michelle was able to text me throughout the entire process. Even with pre-approvals she was able to give me an idea of what our mortgage would look like. When we found the right place, she would text us any time she needed something. Morning or afternoon she was working on our loan. I truly appreciate the organization, immediate response, and seamless transaction from Michelle and the team!

When Michelle first asked me to download the uhm app, I was like oh geez. Not another app. But it honestly made starting on top of the process so easy. Michelle was always so prompt and patient.
