Noah Brader has been working in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, but his interest and passion in the industry spans even longer. He grew up in Lewis Center, Ohio, where his family owned a mortgage company. After attending Olentangy High School and Ohio University, Noah was drawn into the business, and it is family and passion for people that has kept him motivated ever since. Each interaction with every client, realtor and coworker strengthens his love for the business. From a strong company culture to a wide variety of available programs for his clients, UHM has supported Noah in achieving his top priority in his business — helping people purchase their dream home every single day.

Our real estate agent put us in touch with Noah at UHM. Noah worked with her and us to come up with a plan to purchase the property which satisfied all parties involved and which was affordable for us. Noah was flexible and made changes to the plan that we all agreed on and which made it possible for us to make the purchase. He worked with efficiency, patience, professionalism, and accuracy. He answered all of our questions in language which we could understand. We had only purchased property once before and many years ago and so most of what Noah did for us was new to us. He led us through the process and we were able to complete the paper work in time to close the agreement on a property which we wanted. There were others who also wanted the property and we were nervous that we might lose the chance to purchase it but Noah worked with us so that we were able to close on the property before the deadline.
