Working with UHM was a pleasure from start to finish. The entire application process is fully electronic and can be completed quickly. The system prompts you each step of the way and notifies you when a document is needed or needs a signature. Whenever I did have a question my loan officer was always available to answer any and all questions. I recommend UHM without hesitation.

The introduction to UHM was easy, and the use of the app really made the application and documentation aspects of the lending process fast and efficient. I liked the apps indication of phase of the loan. I had a wrinkle with one requirement of a bank and UHM shifted my loan to another bank and kept on track with my closing. I really appreciate the effort that went into my loan.
