I have been in the mortgage industry since 2002. I currently originate loans in Southwestern Ohio with an emphasis on the Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties.
I specialize in FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional Mortgages with a variety of down payment options. I have worked with many First Time Homebuyers and have helped them find down payment assistance when available. I have experienced the many changes that have occurred in the mortgage industry over the last decade and have seen the stress the current lending environment can cause.
