This was an excellent experience with Sam and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and very helpful with the full process. Paige and I did not have any experience as we are new homebuyers and because of that we had many questions. Everything was answered clearly and in a kind way. The speed of everything was unbelievable, each day someothjng was being completed for a very short closing time. I will definitely refer others to this team!

During my refinance, I learned of so many different areas to consider with special timing and other nuances that can all directly impact resulting monthly payments and closing costs. Sam Reda at UHM has clearly mastered combining these available areas, timings, and nuances, as he conducted my best possible result. He explained the entire process, answered any questions about what didn’t make sense, and kept expectations real by being honest the whole time, all to end my refinance with no out-of-pocket costs, a skipped mortgage payment, and a refund at closing. While I know this may not always be the case, I'll be going back to UHM for any other mortgage work as I trust Sam and know that he will always get me the best possible result.

My overall experience was delightful. Sam and UHM helped me reach a goal in my life I didn’t think was possible. Not only was their guidance in this process informative, it was also friendly. They did their best to work around my busy schedule to communicate things that were happening, which was calls after five pm because that’s when I had time to talk. I have not only worked in real estate for 20 years and worked with Sam in a professional capacity but also personally. Over the years since meeting him, I have refinanced several times and have never even considered working with anyone else. I would without question recommend Sam to anyone. He and his processor Christine are an unbeatable team there to guide you through the entire process step-by-step. Their communication, professionalism, experience and knowledge are exceeded only by their patience and incredible kindness.
