Great experience. Tori the loan officer was so understanding of my unique situation and stayed in the loop with me. Jessica and the rest of the staff was there when I needed to ask a question and they got back to me quickly. If I need to refinance in the future they will help with that too. This team works wells together and they makes the transaction easier.

My overall experience was excellent, especially compared to past experiences with other companies. The communication in general with everyone was great. The reaching out was not a nuisance at all like another mortgage company I worked with was, but I was also always kept informed reliably at predictable times. Everyone was responsive and reliable, and everything worked out as expected!

Tori and team was FANTASTIC! She was wonderful from the beginning of the loan process and went above and beyond at the end. She even contacted the buyers of our condo in CA to assist in getting our deal across the finish line.
