Hello. My name is Bryan Nier and I am a Producing Branch Manager with Union Home Mortgage. I am approaching my 2nd full year with Union Home, but I have been in the mortgage business for 18 years. I am excited to put my knowledge, our amazing team of support & experience to work for YOU! Our team is currently based out of Central OH, but I am licensed to originate loans in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas.

As a Producing Branch Manager at UHM, my role includes originating mortgages, and I have the amazing opportunity to lead our team of top Mortgage Professionals, Columbus Mortgage Solutions. We believe in operating with a servant mindset, having a clear vision and plan to help our clients & referral partners, and constantly working to improve & exude excellence in everything we do. The consistency of this approach enables us to positively impact others. We love what we do and who we get to do it with.
On a personal level, I have lived in Ohio my entire life and am blessed to be married to Milka Nier. We have 3 amazing children (Jake, Lina and Amelia). Jake is a senior in high school at Big Walnut and loves football & track. Lina is a sophomore at Big Walnut and is a very talented artist and loves spending time with her horse, Felix. Amelia is in 5th grade and loves to swim, play basketball, and has the best smile! We love family time together and my wife enjoys this more in a warmer beach setting like SW Florida! I also have spent the last 5 years as a high school football coach.
